Camper's Packing List
CAMPSITE
𝤿 Tent: 4-person umbrella-type tent suitably waterproof
𝤿 Mosquito netting or screening, preferably as part of the tent structure
𝤿 Plastic floor and ground covering
𝤿 Fiber mat, placed at tent opening, to keep inside tent dirt/mud-free
𝤿 Storage: One small trunk or plastic storage bin.
𝤿 Air Mattress & Sleeping Bag: w/a suitable liner, or a cot with blanket & sheets. Pillow optional.
𝤿 Water Canteen / Bottle: plastic with spigot is recommended
𝤿 Clothesline & Clothespins: Essential for hanging hang wet clothes
𝤿 Flashlight: with two sets of batteries and a spare bulb
𝤿 Bug Repellent: ABSOLUTELY NO AEROSOLS
𝤿 Sunscreen: ABSOLUTELY NO AEROSOLS
𝤿 Bag chair / camp chair (optional)
𝤿 Battery-powered fan: A must for summer camp!
CLOTHES: All clothing must be marked or tagged with the Scout's name. Pack lis assumes clean clothes will be exchanged for dirty clothes on Visitors' Day
𝤿 1 Scout uniform (worn on special occasions)
𝤿 1 poncho or raincoat-with-hat
𝤿 5 changes of underwear
𝤿 Baseball cap or Floppy hat to keep the sun off at the waterfront
𝤿 1 pair of sneakers
𝤿 4 short-sleeved shirts
𝤿 3 pairs of shorts
𝤿 2 pairs lightweight long pants. (helpful for sports & keeping the bugs away)

𝤿 1 pair of walking shoes
𝤿 7 pairs of socks
𝤿 2 swimming trunks
𝤿 2 long-sleeved t shirts
𝤿 1 sweater or jacket
HYGIENE:

𝤿 2 towels (beach & bath)

𝤿 1 comb or brush
